Please note the services to be rendered, opening of passport appointments, and the deadline of submissions for supporting documents, if applicable.
- Portal for passport appointments opens from May 24, 9:00 PM ET.
- Deadline for submission of dual citizenship applications will be on May 29th.
- Other Services: Overseas Voter Registration for the 2028 National Elections
Additional details:
- venue of the outreach: Holiday Inn
- payments for the consular services during the outreach shall be USD only.
- make sure to bring all necessary supporting documents for the services that you will be availing of.
- come at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment slot.
- all registration for overseas absentee voting shall be processed at 4pm onwards on both days.
- those who were unable to get an appointment slot should come to the venue late in the afternoon of both days, say 330pm
- bring a lot of patience with you and expect delays.
